Instead of resisting this physiological tension, we need tools to reframe it shifting from avoidance to leveraging that mobilized energy for peak performance. Solution: Reflect is an innovative smart mirror and digital ecosystem designed to transform public speaking anxiety into constructive performance. By utilizing a familiar object, the mirror and enhancing it with neuro-feedback technology, we provide a safe yet realistic environment to bridge the gap between private practice and public performance.
